The campaign against living miserably (CALM) is dedicated to reducing male suicide in the UK, which is the single biggest killer of men aged 20-49 in the UK (ONS 2012).  In 2012 male suicide accounted for 77% of all suicides in the UK.  It is a campaign and charity targeting young men with a helpline, magazine and online community, but CALM listens to anyone who needs help or support.

The CALM national helpline is 0800 58 58 58 and is open from 5pm-Midnight, 7 days a week.
