What drives a person to attempt suicide? And how can you help support those who haven’t quite got that far? Often the reasons are complex and in the face of such a devastating act it seems almost impossible to know where to turn or how to help. Yet there is much that we can all do.

Freefall: Understanding Suicidal Crisis is a powerful, thought provoking and ultimately uplifting film that highlights the issues surrounding suicide and aims to help both those suffering crisis and those in positions of care.
